90days done!

Can you believe it 90 days gone along with 10+ kg! Thank you to Patrick and everyone who has supported me  the past 90 days, especially my wife and three boys who were my inspiration to get in shape!.

PCP is a great a great program that takes a lot of motivation and determination. There were loads of days that I just wanted to stay in bed, but would drag myself out of bed and complete my training.  After training I would have so much energy that I was bouncing in my seat at work, a good combination of adrenaline and a wild market.
The diet was the hardest part of the program for me; there were a few nights that I did enjoy a rather large steak and few too many glasses of wine, but the next morning I’d be skipping extra hard to compensate. I would say that the training was 40% of the reason that I lost quite a few inches on my waist while the diet was 60%, but still have a layer of fat on my stomach that I will continue to work on.

I highly recommend this program for everyone!

Pizza!

Bring on Day 50! its been a good run so far, what is in store for the next 40 days>? I could only imagine that it is going to get a little more intense, with all the weight loss out there, I think its time to build up more muscle...just my thoughts....

All going well with the training and the diet, but still missing my food, good that the indulgence meals have come into play...still thinking of what I really want to eat that I have missed these past 50 days...The first food that came to mind was Pizza!

Back in Tokyo

I'm back in Tokyo without my family, who have been awesome the past three weeks keeping me motivated.
The next six weeks will be a challenge...but I should be fine so long as I don't go out during the week.

The past two workouts have been tough, anyone feel the same? I thought I would be ready for the uptick in reps, by doing a few extra reps each exercise, but seems as though I wasn't doing enough.

Good morning all,

I'm very behind on blogging, emails and other admin, but on vacation chilling out and working around the house.
PCP is moving along nicely, in conjunction with all the surf and swimming it seems like the fat is melting away in the mirror, but we'll see on the scale which I have yet to purchase, have one in Tokyo but not doing any good there for now.

Photos to follow soon, promise!

On vacation!

Aloha

Feeling good, the training is going well. I still cannot jump more than 100 in a row without tripping up, is this normal after 12 days of jumping? Is anyone having the same problem? but the diet has been difficult. Along side PCP I'm in the ocean for a good 3 hours. I'm I allowed more calories to compensate for all the activity ? I'll have to check with Patrick. Photo and weigh in the follow later on today.
Only 78 days to go for PCP but a lifetime of fitness to follow
