Aloha
Feeling good, the training is going well. I still cannot jump more than 100 in a row without tripping up, is this normal after 12 days of jumping? Is anyone having the same problem? but the diet has been difficult. Along side PCP I'm in the ocean for a good 3 hours. I'm I allowed more calories to compensate for all the activity ? I'll have to check with Patrick. Photo and weigh in the follow later on today.
Only 78 days to go for PCP but a lifetime of fitness to follow
I have never done more than 100 skips in a row.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the surf.
I started off being able to do more than 100, but am sooooooo weary, seem to be getting worse. My ankles and shins feel like lead weights!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your hols!
I can do 100 at times and then sometimes I can only do 2, then another 5 then 1, then 30, then 100.... My only way to not stumble is to move forward a bit, so a wide outside space works best for me. If I try stationary jumping I trip every 2nd skip it seems.
ReplyDeleteHave fun in Hawaii!
I agree with Conny. It took me awhile to get consistent and it was up and down.
ReplyDeleteAdd 50 g carbs throughout the day if you're spending 3 hours in the ocean. Where are you anyway?
